Colibri partnered with Oregon Human Development Corp. to document the needs of Farmworkers across Oregon. A follow-up project brought Latino community members together to share their experiences and insight about life in Tillamook County. We then brought OHDC’s entire staff and board together to review the findings and create their next 3-year Strategic Plan.
I ask why it took so long to do something like this group meeting. I've lived here for a long time and you never hear about what Latinos need.

We provide continous support to The Next Door in designing reports from their custom data system, and engaging team members in using data to understand impact and improve services. We’ve also helped their Community Health Workers share messages through radio dramas and fotonovela videos
